Job description

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for administrative and secretarial work in one or more work areas, including but not limited to: utility bill payment; office equipment management; vehicle management; inventory and maintenance of office supplies and IT equipment; invoice registration and collection; receipt and delivery services; and attendance management.

2. Assist the Administration Manager in managing accommodation, supplier relations, travel arrangements, and visa applications.

3. Write, update, and execute contracts pertaining to administrative matters in English.

4. Assist the administration manager in organizing team-building activities.

5. Be responsible for regular annual vehicle inspection, tire change and other services;

6. Undertake other temporary assigned tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an administrative staff/procurement officer, with the ability to independently handle administrative modules.

2. Proficient in Office software, especially Excel.

3. Possession of a driver's license and driving skills is preferred.

4. Full proficiency in both spoken and written English is required; Being able to speak Chinese is preferred.
