1. Develop innovative architectural concepts and designs for high-profile projects throughout the UAE and potentially other Gulf countries.
2. Lead and inspire design teams to create visually stunning and technically sound architectural solutions.
3. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and translate them into unique design concepts.
4. Present design ideas through high-quality sketches, 3D models, and visual presentations.
5. Ensure design concepts align with client expectations, budgets, and local regulations.
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and technological advancements in the field.
7. Apply sustainable design principles effectively in architectural projects.
8. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
9. Understand cultural and environmental factors influencing architecture in the Middle East.
10. Communicate and present ideas effectively, demonstrating strong communication skills.
11. Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
12. Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges.
13. Manage projects throughout the UAE and potentially other Gulf countries.

Qualifications:

4. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
