Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Concrete Pump Operators to join a leading construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be experienced in operating hydraulic and Schwing concrete pumps, possess a valid UAE driving license, and have a strong understanding of construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain concrete pump trucks and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Manage concrete delivery and pumping at construction sites based on project needs.
• Set up equipment at the job site and monitor pump performance throughout the operation.
• Clean and maintain pumps to ensure optimal functionality and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with the site team for safe and timely completion of pumping jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of meter readings, job locations, and pump usage.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Willing to work in different shifts and after regular working hours as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driver's License (Heavy Vehicle).
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in operating hydraulic or Schwing pumps.
• Knowledge of Dubai routes and traffic regulations.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and extended hours.
• Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th grade pass.
• Physically fit, punctual, and safety-focused.
