Job description

• Conceptual Design: Develop and refine innovative architectural concepts that align with client objectives and project requirements.
• Design Development: Translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural drawings and models using Revit and other design tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and consultants, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Client Interaction: Present design concepts and progress to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating design activities across various project phases, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and design development work.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit; proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Consultancy Experience: Experience working in a consultancy environment, collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority submission processes.
