Purpose:

  • Ensure customers receive outstanding service at every touchpoint.
  • Provide accurate feedback to management regarding customer service quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate service interactions and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Follow up with customers to ensure full satisfaction post-service.

Demonstrate a caring and supportive attitude in every customer interaction.

Identify and address customer concerns before they escalate.

Confirm that all services were completed to the customer's expectations.

Communicate any recommended future work to the customer.

Build and maintain trust with customers through timely and transparent communication.

Perform additional tasks as requested by the Head of Customer Care or Service Manager.

Education: At least College level or Graduate

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar role

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential

Software: Computer Literate
