Regional Finance and Insurance Manager – AF Finance

Al Futtaim Finance (AFF), a Central Bank of UAE regulated entity, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group, a leading business conglomerate in the UAE. AFF specializes in providing innovative consumer finance products across the UAE.

We invite applications from individuals with a successful track record in vehicle sales, who are confident and willing to work across different Emirates periodically. Candidates should possess strong negotiation skills and be capable of constructing and closing transactions.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities focus on selling AFF's financial products, including:

  • Maximizing profitable sales of finance and insurance products.
  • Assisting in vehicle sales closures by offering finance options.
  • Securing finance business through AFF-approved providers.
  • Ensuring adherence to the company's F & I policies by all staff.
  • Keeping Sales Management and sales staff updated on market developments in finance and insurance.
  • Maximizing sales and profitability of vehicles and related products through customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieving vehicle unit sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Enhancing the company's reputation during all interactions.
Language and Personal Requirements

Arabic - Fluent / Excellent

Own a Car

Have a Driving License

Job Skills

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of automotive sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle sales and bank finance processes within the UAE.
  • Deep understanding of F & I products, including Islamic and Conventional Funding and Insurance, along with their features, benefits, and customer eligibility.
  • Ability to manage sales staff effectively.
  • Excellent presentation, advising, and communication skills for F & I products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
