Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scaffolding Sales Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of scaffolding and formwork solutions, coupled with a proven track record in business development within the construction contractor market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers in construction sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Promote CDHorizon FZE's products and services, emphasizing cost-effectiveness, safety, and technical superiority.

Client Engagement and Sales:

Conduct sales meetings with clients to present company capabilities, solutions, and value propositions.

Negotiate and secure profitable contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.

Provide technical and commercial support to clients during project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Technical and Commercial Support:

Offer expert advice on scaffolding and formwork solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate project information and support seamless project execution.

Assist in the preparation of static analysis and scaffolding work plans, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.

Market Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement market entry strategies and business plans to expand CDHorizon FZE's presence in the region.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Project Support:

Attend project sites to provide technical and commercial support during construction, ensuring the successful implementation of scaffolding and formwork solutions.

Address any project-related challenges promptly, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualified Scaffolding Certificate or equivalent certification in scaffolding would be an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffolding erection, dismantling, and work preparation.

Proven experience in static analysis and scaffolding design.

Strong background in business development and sales within contractor market.

In-depth knowledge of the construction and industrial industry, particularly in the UAE and GCC region.
