A leading company in retail is seeking an Account Manager to enhance brand relationships and drive profitability. This role involves managing vendor partnerships, overseeing product lines, and ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in key account management and an MBA in Sales and Marketing.
Sharaf DG team is looking for a bright, customer-obsessed, driven, and creative candidate to join our team. An Account Manager within the respective category will focus on selection expansion, managing brand relationships, driving both topline and bottom-line growth, and establishing operational hygiene. The incumbent will have end-to-end ownership of the allocated portfolio of brands and subcategories, responsible for delivering growth and profitability.
You will interface internally across functions and be responsible for all aspects of the vendor's business with Sharaf DG. You will engage directly with vendors to optimize the product line for the respective category. You will utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing to drive performance and create key strategic vendor partnerships. This role focuses on the strategic and operational aspects of managing customer relationships with our vendors.
You will conceive, create, and analyze a wide range of marketing and site merchandising efforts, including marketing campaigns to grow product transactions, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue. You will also analyze strategic and operational aspects of their business with Sharaf DG, including root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor's business.
