POSITION OBJECTIVE
The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience. It also involves performing various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service :
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right products.
- Convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
- Serve customers according to the company's selling guidelines (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Stay updated on various brands of the group to suggestively sell to customers, demonstrating grooming, attitude, and product knowledge.
- Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Be flexible to work extended hours during sales periods.
- Possess up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
- Ensure all stock is displayed attractively and according to standard layout norms.
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines and maintain stock norms, especially during clearance.
- Record inventory inward and outward, maintaining accurate reports.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) and billing counter efficiently.
- Tally cash in the till at the start and end of shifts.
- Issue receipts, process refunds, and give change accurately.
- Handle payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Maintain vigilance and adhere to security protocols at all times.
- Work flexible shifts and overtime as required by the business.
- Adhere to SOPs and loss prevention policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sales figures and store information.
