Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to organize and direct a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products, with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As a Head Waiter/Head Waitress, you will be responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Working closely with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Conducting regular training sessions with your team in line with departmental SOPs.
  3. Monitoring duty schedules for your team.
  4. Ensuring proper appearance and grooming of employees.
  5. Setting up the Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
  6. Welcoming guests and managing seating through the hostess, taking over if necessary.
  7. Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with patrons.
  8. Being familiar with the menu, promotional activities, and relevant outlet and hotel information.
  9. Contributing to meeting and maximizing the monthly revenue budget for the outlet.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should have a diploma or degree in hospitality with up to two years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and familiarity with Micros is desirable. Previous leadership and supervisory experience is a plus.
