Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer (Site Operations) with extensive experience in site operations, especially in high-rise tower projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, combined with hands-on experience in site supervision and design coordination. This role offers a unique leadership opportunity to ensure the structural integrity and success of iconic regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of structural site operations, coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Site Supervision with Design Experience: Lead site supervision, conduct inspections, monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to standards. Provide technical guidance on design-related issues during construction.
• High-Rise Tower Experience: Bring expertise in designing and constructing high-rise towers, understanding their unique structural challenges, and implementing best practices.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to review drawings, specifications, and calculations, ensuring constructability and alignment with project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with codes and standards, and address nonconformities promptly.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in structural engineering, focusing on site operations and high-rise tower projects.
• Proven track record in site supervision and project management within the UAE, preferably with renowned developers or engineering firms.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software and relevant design codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
• Must have site operation experience.
• Must have consultancy experience.
• Experience working on villa projects is required.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
