Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 8,000 - 11,000 per month

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services required for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project managers to forecast procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their requirements and provide procurement support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
