An exciting opportunity is available for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join a leading international academy for culinary arts and hospitality training in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the academy's marketing initiatives with a strong focus on content creation, visual storytelling, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Visual Media
   • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing and communication purposes.
   • Produce engaging visual content for use across digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, and the website.
   • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual media.
2. Marketing Coordination
   • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote the academy's programs and activities.
   • Coordinate with design, production, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
   • Track and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.
3. Social Media & Digital Engagement
   • Manage content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms.
   • Monitor online engagement and respond to comments and inquiries professionally and promptly.
   • Support in growing brand presence and engagement through creative digital strategies.
4. Administrative & Team Support
   • Maintain the marketing asset library, ensuring all files are organized and up to date.
   • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
   • Assist with internal communications and event documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or content creation role.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
