Key Responsibilities

Talent Program Management
Develop, update, and roll out all Talent Management processes/standards.
Lead the regular diagnostic assessment activity within each respective function(s) across all talent management processes through the analysis of available people data and the review of the effectiveness of current talent management processes. Partner with the HR Leadership team to identify improvement areas and solutions in order to improve inefficiencies, maximize alignment and build talent capability in the organization.
Continually assess the quality of appointments and talent practices in the organization, and escalate issues and accolades on a consistent basis to help drive a best-in-class talent process. Provide regular updates on key talent trends.
Ensure a consistent approach, communication, flawless execution and on-time delivery of all key talent processes and practices.
Lead the creation of a retention strategy.
Ensure monthly review of key talent metrics including attrition, to ensure appropriate interventions are designed and implemented to achieve best in case status.
Serves as a subject matter expert and project manager for system-wide talent management initiatives:
Leads all aspects of the assigned project, including initial project plan, cross-functional partnerships and change management plan.
Ensures projects are completed on-time, on-budget and consistent with requirements and objectives.
Influences key stakeholders on status of and support for project design and implementation.

Organizational Design and Development
Set strategic direction and develop programs to achieve the organizational development objectives for alignment of people, processes and practices so that people contribute to their full potential and remain with the organization.
Develop and foster formal programs such as competency requirements, employee life cycle management, employee engagement.

Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management.

Work Experience: Minimum 10 -12 years of experience in Human Resources.
