Location: London

Our client is renowned for delivering high-profile projects throughout the Middle East and is currently seeking a talented Lead Architect or Associate Architect eager to take the next step and relocate to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities for this Lead Architect role:

1. Drive the design and development of cutting-edge architectural projects aligned with client objectives and functional requirements.
2. Manage projects through all phases from concept to completion, including site visits, budgeting, and scheduling.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure effective coordination.
4. Present ideas and progress to clients, integrating their feedback throughout the design process.
5. Use advanced software tools such as Revit to produce accurate 3D models and technical drawings.
6. Embrace sustainable design principles, integrating environmentally responsible solutions across all projects.

Ideal Candidate for this Lead Architect will have:

• Experience working on projects in the Middle East or within the hospitality sector.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Architectural licensure or working toward licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit and a strong command of design tools.
• Solid understanding of building codes, planning regulations, and construction methods.
