Job Description

We are seeking a qualified accountant with over 10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will review and analyze public and private company accounts to provide restructuring options, including benchmarking against international norms, building target operating models, and modeling potential options.

Main Responsibilities

1. Review company accounts and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
2. Conduct gap analysis of financial records to identify critical operational areas.
3. Develop and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
4. Perform business transformation consultancy assignments.
5. Build target operating models and reengineer business processes.
6. Conduct financial analysis related to organizational design and operating models.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

• A degree in finance with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and financial modeling.
• Experience in process improvements, business transformation, and building target operating models, preferably for public entities.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of and experience working in the Middle East region.
