Your Responsibilities:

  1. Take responsibility for developing the Foodservice commercial strategy and structure in Growth Markets.
  2. Identify and grow foodservice accounts and distribution partners in key countries across the region.
  3. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies within Growth Markets for foodservice.
  4. Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application, and product development.
  5. Lead projects from customer briefing to implementation, with full responsibility and accountability.
  6. Manage a diverse foodservice and ingredients portfolio.
  7. Negotiate pricing with customers.
  8. Create and fulfill sales plans and budgets based on market plans.
  9. Control all sales activities with existing and potential customers.
  10. Establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
  11. Monitor the market and identify market potential.
  12. Report directly to the Head of Sales METACA and have a dotted line to the VP Sales Foodservice.

Your Profile:

  1. Experience in the Middle East foodservice business segments (B2B), including Coffee and QSR industries.
  2. Knowledge and commercial contacts with foodservice chains, independents, and distributors across the Middle East.
  3. Proven track record in project management and sales performance.
  4. Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
  5. Ideally, a university degree in a relevant discipline.
  6. Ability to work in teams within a matrix organization and strong communication skills.
  7. Flexible and willing to travel regularly within the region.
  8. Independent and structured work approach.
  9. Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
  10. Strong customer service orientation and technological skills.
