Job Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell the center's educational programs to prospective students and parents through phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

  2. Respond to leads and follow up in a timely and professional manner.

  3. Conduct consultations and provide detailed information on course offerings, schedules, and fees.

  4. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and enrollments in the CRM system.

  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  6. Collaborate with marketing to support campaign initiatives and events (e.g., open houses, school visits).

  7. Stay updated on program changes, competitor offerings, and market trends.

  8. Provide exceptional customer service before and after enrollment to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
