Job description

Salary: AED 20,000 30,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

?Lead, motivate and manage a team of real estate sales agents.

?Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

?Identify new market opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

?Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

?Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support as needed.

?Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies.

?Stay informed on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and legal regulations in Dubai.

?Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

?Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

?Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

?In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.

?Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Real Estate or a related field.

?Strong leadership and team management skills.

?Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

?Fluent in English: additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus.

?UAE driving license is required.
