Job Title: Arabic Customer Service Representative

Location: Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE

Salary: 3,200 - 3,500 AED

Job Summary:

We are seeking a candidate fluent in both Arabic and English to join our customer service team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the cakes and flower industry and will manage communication with both English and Arabic-speaking clients. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and manage customer interactions in both Arabic and English, ensuring high-quality service for clients.
• Address customer needs, provide product information, and assist with order processing.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately met.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications:

• Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (required)
• Experience: Previous experience in the cakes and flower industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage both Arabic and English-speaking customers.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary of 2,500 - 3,500 AED
• Average ticket fare for travel to home country (provided every two years)
