Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and DM (Dubai Municipality) certified Civil Engineer with experience in G+12 or Unlimited category buildings for our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with DM regulations, and manage project timelines, quality, and safety standards. Only immediate joiners will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil construction activities for high-rise (G+12) or unlimited category projects.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, codes, and standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to construction challenges.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved specifications and contractual requirements.
• Manage material procurement, testing, and quality control procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and as-built drawings for DM approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) certification G+12 or Unlimited category (mandatory).
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of DM regulations, Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), and DEWA standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Familiarity with green building regulations (Al Sa fat).
• Knowledge of 3D modeling (Revit, Navisworks) is a plus.
