We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive cum Manpower Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the manpower industry, strong sales acumen, and excellent coordination skills. This role requires a combination of business development, client relationship management, and workforce coordination to ensure smooth recruitment, placement, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower and recruitment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their manpower requirements.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop strategies to expand business operations in various industries.
  • Work on tenders, proposals, and quotations for potential clients.

Manpower Coordination:

  • Coordinate the recruitment, mobilization, and deployment of workers across different industries.
  • Manage workforce scheduling, contracts, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa processing, and other legal requirements.
  • Address and resolve client and employee concerns regarding manpower deployment.
  • Maintain an updated database of candidates and their availability.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and workforce management.
  • Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams for effective workforce management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in manpower business development and workforce coordination.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and visa processing.
  • Other Requirements:
