We are hiring for a client based in Abu Dhabi for an experienced and organized Household Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting employers in managing large homes with complex needs. They should have excellent judgment regarding household maintenance, including hiring and managing staff and providing direction to household personnel.

  • Benefits: Monthly salary AED - K, yearly economy class ticket to home country, health insurance, and transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of a private home, ensuring efficiency, harmony, and high morale.
  • Supervise, manage, and train household staff such as butlers, chefs, SPA staff, barbers, shisha & coffee makers, private trainers, etc., in the best interests of the household.
  • Maintain a peaceful working environment and foster professional communication within the household.
  • Manage household schedules and activities, directly reporting to the owner.
  • Oversee household inventory, procurement, and replenishment of supplies.
  • Supervise household staff, gardeners, vendors, and housekeepers, ensuring quality work.
  • Engage with and oversee outside contractors, service providers, and suppliers.
  • Attend to guest requirements and ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain security, communication systems, and records.
  • Organize social and family events, including menu planning and drinks, aligned with owner preferences.
  • Coordinate with administration regarding staff hiring, firing, performance reviews, and handle administrative tasks such as purchasing, budgeting, and household reporting.
  • Arrange all aspects of house relocation if required.
  • Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by the owner.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and productively.
