Job description

The TIQ Manager is responsible for implementing effective Technical, Quality, and Risk (TQR) processes and procedures to protect BV LTOs, assets, and brand, delivering added value to clients and ensuring client satisfaction.

He/she collaborates with the local Management Team to improve operations, activities, and performance related to TQR.

Responsibilities
  1. Technical Skills Management
  • Define policies for local services in coordination with RTQR (e.g., local qualifications, control of subcontractors)
  • Promote the implementation of tools
  • Identify local SMEs
  • Technical Documentation
    • Raise awareness and ensure proper usage of global documentation
    • Define and develop local documentation as needed for local activities (in coordination with local management and RTQR)
  • Quality LTO Management
    • Ensure compliance with general policies for LTO & SLA
    • Maintain and adapt the local LTO portfolio
    • Follow up on external audit findings
    • Ensure completion of local Management Review
    • Attend Local EC meetings and follow up on recommendations
    • Screen local new services
    • Assess and implement impartiality rules
    • Address and support complaints and appeals
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Technical background in industry sectors such as oil & gas, power & utilities, construction, commodities, or certification (diploma, BS, or higher)
    • ISO 9001 internal auditor certification
    • Knowledge of applicable local legal requirements is a plus
