About The Opportunity

Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales-related matters (Marketing, Operations, and Finance).

1. Act as the first point of contact and respond quickly to partner restaurant queries or complaints via calls and emails if the Sales Representatives are unavailable, and delegate tasks to the appropriate Sales Representatives.
2. Upload and update restaurant information online and in a timely manner.
3. Set up and configure the system for new partners, including training and resolving system issues from the vendor/partner side.
4. Update and monitor the status of closed restaurants.
5. Collect and document restaurant contracts and amendments, file restaurant contracts, and manage other sales-related data.
6. Prepare periodic reports on contract delivery and pickup.
7. Manage the quality account of restaurants, ensuring ongoing partner relationships and resolving operational issues between partner restaurants and users.
8. Prepare transmission method reports, assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers, and train restaurant and call center personnel on transmission systems (GPRS, Pigeon software).

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including:

1. Follow-up activities
2. Transmission methods reports
3. Contract delivery and pickup acknowledgment reports for new restaurants

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• MS Office skills, including Excel Certification
• Must have a UAE Family Book
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours
• Ability to build good relationships with clients
