We are seeking an experienced and proactive Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and resident engagement for a residential building in Dubai. This role is with a sister company of our established real estate group, offering a unique opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team within a trusted network.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE tenancy laws, Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines, and community management best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing resident satisfaction, upholding building standards, and cultivating a vibrant, inclusive community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, Dubai Municipality guidelines, and other UAE legal requirements.
Coordinate with in-house teams (maintenance, security, housekeeping) to uphold high standards of building cleanliness, functionality, and resident safety.
Coordinate building inspections, health and safety checks, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., fire safety, pest control, elevator licensing).
Monitor and manage all move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, inspections, and access logistics.
Maintain up-to-date resident records, lease information, and incident reports, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
Support leasing and renewal efforts by maintaining high resident satisfaction and low turnover rates.
Implement and enforce building policies, house rules, and community guidelines consistently and diplomatically.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in community or property management in Dubai or the UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
RERA Certification or equivalent training preferred.
Strong understanding of UAE tenancy laws, RERA regulations, and local community management practices.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in property management software and communication tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
