Job description

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years of UAE experience (preferably in Dubai), handling G+6 and above residential projects
2. Strong experience with local authorities (DM, Trakhees, DEWA, Etisalat, Civil Defense, etc.)
3. Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
4. PMP certification is preferred
5. Sound understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and contract documentation
6. Proven experience in procurement, site supervision, budget control, and project reporting
7. Knowledge of FIDIC and UAE contract standards
8. Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
9. Must have a track record of protecting developer/client interests
