Key Responsibilities

• Develop IT solutions aligned with customer requirements, ensuring robust, high-quality designs conforming to standards and strategic goals.
• Provide expert technical guidance within the domain and lead infrastructure solution delivery.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Architecture Guiding Principles.
• Lead the formulation of IT Standards, analyzing emerging technologies and assessing their strategic impact.
• Monitor and adapt to technological and business innovations, updating assets and standards accordingly.
• Ensure solutions meet service level requirements related to availability, capacity, security, and performance.
• Document solutions thoroughly, including designs, configurations, and operations manuals.
• Manage End of Life replacements to support standards and initiatives, while tracking security risks.
• Lead solution and design reviews, ensuring project adherence to standards and strategic direction.
• Offer expert project advice on standards, standards development, and architectural patterns, while leading diverse virtual teams of at least 20 members.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant IT engineering experience.

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in designing and managing scalable, resilient private cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in API-driven self-service infrastructure capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance in automated infrastructure.
• Experience in designing XaaS offerings and service catalog management.
• Proficiency in automation for backup, disaster recovery, and resilience processes.
