Position: Administrative Assistant (Business Setup Experience)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will support a Senior Corporate Administrator with tasks related to company formation, amendments, secretarial services, and private client services. Additionally, the role involves handling UAE residence visa applications, notarization, attestation, and translations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Incorporating companies in Mainland, Free Zones, and RAKICC, and preparing relevant documents.
  2. Applying for UAE residence visas, including Investor, Employment, Dependent, and Golden Visas.
  3. Liaising with authorities to follow up on service requests and ensure timely processing of applications.
  4. Coordinating with third-party service providers such as attestation and translation companies, typing centers, and external PROs.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Ability to work creatively and effectively under time constraints.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the UAE corporate services industry is required.
  • Knowledge of company formation in the UAE and UAE residence visa applications.
  • Academic degree such as a bachelor’s in business administration is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
