About the Client: Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai. To support their business growth, they are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join the HR team and help attract top talent across various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding. - Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles. - Use various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies. - Schedule interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers. - Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. - Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. - 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE. - Previous experience in Real Estate or high-volume hiring. - Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously. - Familiar with UAE labor laws and best hiring practices.
