Job description

The Position

To handle day-to-day IT operations and provide first-level support for guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Familiar with all the systems Opera Micros, Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, and all Windows client operating systems.
  2. Knowledge of TCP/IP.
  3. Backup and optimize databases.
  4. Knowledge of LAN/WAN.
  5. Perform regular system health checks and capacity studies to ensure optimal performance of servers and networks.
  6. Provide frontline troubleshooting for PCs and servers.
  7. Assist with in-house guest IT-related issues.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma in IT.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
