Vacancy Title : Customer Service Representative

The Role :

Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Fujairah.

Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative role include but are not limited to :

  1. Providing advanced product and service information and responding to complex customer questions about those products and services.
  2. Recording and processing quotes and orders, including custom and special orders that may require additional resources for delivery, and coordinating with those teams as required.
  3. Making calls (by telephone or other channels) to allocated customers to develop new and deepen existing relationships. Acting as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
  4. Responding to and resolving complex or advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately, securing managerial approvals as required.
  5. Scheduling follow-up actions and entering relevant information into the customer relationship management system after each customer contact to create a call plan and ensure that Survitec has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
  6. Interviewing (or assisting in interviewing) the customer, following a complex multi-level sales script or conversation points, to clarify the customer's requirements. Making full, appropriate, and accurate notes, ensuring the customer records management system is updated in a timely manner.
  7. Providing exceptional service to customers to encourage continued use of Survitec’s products and services.
  8. Developing knowledge and understanding of Survitec policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure work adheres to those standards. Obtaining authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedures.
  9. Helping to create an environment where everyone in the team can live the Survitec Values.
  10. Contributing positively to creating an inclusive environment where our people feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
  11. Understanding, upholding, and contributing to creating a safety-first culture within Survitec. Ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy working environment.
  12. Developing own capabilities through participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Maintaining an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices.
  13. Performing other duties assigned by your manager from time to time.

About You :

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Technical Services or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Experience coordinating tasks or projects is preferred.
