Messe Frankfurt Middle East is a leading trade fair and event organizer based in Dubai, and a subsidiary of Messe Frankfurt GmbH, one of the world's largest event organizers with a history dating back over 800 years. With a strong regional presence, we organize some of the most successful and recognized B2B exhibitions and conferences across the Middle East, including Automechanika Dubai, Beautyworld Middle East, Intersec, and Light + Intelligent Building Middle East. Our events connect global businesses, foster industry innovation, and serve as vital platforms for networking, trade, and knowledge exchange across a range of dynamic sectors.

We are currently looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to join our growing international sales team. As part of our outbound partnerships unit, you'll be at the forefront of selling exhibition space to companies across the GCC region, supporting their participation in Messe Frankfurt's global event portfolio. With shows spanning industries from automotive to beauty to security, this is your chance to work across some of the most dynamic sectors in the B2B world.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively drive outbound sales of exhibition space to new and existing clients in the GCC region via calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face when required.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term exhibitors for our global trade fairs.
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding their goals and matching them with the right international platforms.
  • Attend events and exhibitions as a brand ambassador to network, build rapport, and grow your client base.
  • Manage all related sales administration including proposals, contracts, CRM updates, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure a seamless exhibitor experience.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience, ideally in exhibitions or B2B industries.
  • A proactive, persuasive, and consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks at once.
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Events or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
