Rate : $18.25 / HR

What Your Day May Look Like

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed; notify authorities and clients in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignment details.
• Assist with payroll and personnel submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Inspect posts; meet with subordinates to outline tasks.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
• Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, training, planning, coaching, and making hiring recommendations.
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed.

Position Requirements

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer / technology skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Security experience a plus.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
• Ability to conduct patrols throughout shift.
• Attention to detail and vigilance.
• Driver Certified.
• Professional appearance.
