What you’ll do:

1. Deputize for the Shift as required.
2. Debrief all staff and ensure accurate and complete paperwork.
3. Perform duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Conduct security checks before the end of the shift.
5. Assign work to staff to support workflow and daily metrics.
6. Support the development of a strong health and safety culture through compliance with legislation and policies.
7. Analyze logistics complaints, investigate root causes, implement corrective/preventive actions, and verify continuous improvement.
8. Manage logistics billing, conduct analysis, and control costs.
9. Manage, design, and implement complex logistics projects and new initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support these projects. This role involves breaking down complex issues, developing functional processes, and ensuring timely delivery.

What you’ll need:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce or a related field.
3. Strong experience as a business partner, supporting decision-making and enabling strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.
4. Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ability to develop project work plans and ensure stakeholder compliance.
