Job description

Job Title: Procurement Performance Coordinator

Department: Sourcing Solutions

Job Purpose:

The role supports the implementation, management, and optimisation of procurement systems and tools. It ensures smooth system operations and accurate data management and provides analytical insights to enhance procurement performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support the daily operations of procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Scanmarket, Power BI), including troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of new systems or modules, contributing to testing, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Perform regular data validation, cleansing, and normalisation to ensure procurement data integrity and consistency.
  • Develop dashboards and generate reports using tools such as Power BI to deliver actionable insights and support strategic procurement decisions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for system-related queries and deliver training to end users to encourage effective usage.
  • Monitor system performance, track procurement KPIS, and support performance reviews and audits.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve system issues and recommend enhancements.
  • Support the full system lifecycle, including change management, documentation, and performance assessments.
  • Stay informed about new trends and technologies in procurement systems, recommending innovations to improve efficiency.

The role operates in a fast-paced, data-driven procurement environment where system reliability, data accuracy, and user enablement are essential. The Procurement Performance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting technology-led procurement strategies through proactive system management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement systems, technology implementation, or business analytics

Skills: Proficiency with procurement platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Coupa, Power BI)

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and process optimisation
  • Ability to build dashboards and generate insights to support procurement decisions
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills in a dynamic work environment
