Job Description

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in concrete product laboratory testing.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance
   • Coordinate with local authorities for inspection and certification of finished goods.
   • Conduct internal lab tests and coordinate with external labs.
   • Coordinate with outside labs for testing of finished goods and arrange delivery of finished goods for testing.
2. Records Management
   • Maintain documentation for internal and external lab results, certified goods, and yard/rejected stock.
   • Prepare and maintain documents related to ISO activities for QA.
   • Provide appropriate and updated reports to management as required.
3. Communication & Coordination
   • Coordinate with Sales, Production & Dispatch regarding weekly production plans and requirements of certified goods.
   • Communicate with other departments for smooth functioning of the lab.
4. Additional Tasks
   • Prepare samples for municipal and third-party testing.
   • Perform tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with certification in concrete lab technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in concrete product laboratory testing.
• Strong understanding of local authority and international testing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• ITI in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
