Job Title: Sourcing & Selection Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE:
Assist employees with HR-related queries and requests, develop Human Resources procedures and processes, and work to improve communication, cooperation, and planning within the Human Resources Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Review job descriptions in accordance with hiring laws and regulations.
- Advertise internal job openings.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Conduct initial screening with candidates and send details to respective Hiring Managers.
- Communicate employer information and benefits during screening.
- Schedule technical interviews with candidates, Hiring Managers, HR Officers/Managers, or clients.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Follow up on interview feedback until closure.
- Administer appropriate assessments.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws during screening, hiring, and selection.
- Make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Prepare CTC computations for review and approval.
- Prepare offer letters and follow up on acceptance.
- Provide interview feedback to candidates.
- Verify all requirements for new contracts or employment visas before onboarding.
- Follow up on cancellation documents from candidates.
- Update recruitment tracker.
- Update candidates and managers on visa approval status.
- Enroll new hires in HRMS and submit Employees Joining Forms for approval.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities, including accommodation, transportation, and site notifications.
- Arrange visa medicals and coordinate fingerprinting for Emirates ID.
- Coordinate inductions with Talent Management.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing goals.
- Prepare new employee files.
- Address site queries related to recruitment or internal transfers.
- Support HR team with new joiner information.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to establish cooperative relationships built on trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRMS systems.
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and screening methods.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with sourcing avenues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
