Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, particularly in using CRM and ATS systems, as well as experience with AI technologies to enhance and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM and ATS Management: Utilise CRM and ATS systems to manage client and candidate data effectively.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline processes using AI, enhancing overall productivity.
- Document Processing: Prepare, edit, and manage various documents, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence.
- Data Management: Oversee the accuracy and integrity of candidate and client data within our recruitment systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall candidate experience.
- Reporting: Generate and analyse reports related to recruitment metrics, presenting insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Must speak fluent Hindi.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in office administration
- Strong skills in CRM and ATS systems
- Experience with AI technologies and tools to streamline processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
