What you'll do:
The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) partners with the end-to-end account owner to drive solution-specific sales motions, bring domain expertise to solve customer business challenges, and grow the customer's SAP footprint through renewal and expansion to support long-term customer success.
- Generate demand, manage pipeline, own full sales cycle, identify, qualify, propose, and close deals
- Develop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositions
- Conduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Work with wider account team on sales campaigns
- Manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level
- Progress opportunities for cloud migration/expansion or new accounts in the solution area
- Utilize deep knowledge of company operations, business models, strategies, and end-to-end processes
- Stay informed about SAP's competition and value drivers
- Leverage SAP's team of experts and industry knowledge to address customer needs
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, alliances, and marketing teams
- Build customer participation in SAP communities, programs, and events
- Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
Drive SAP Customer Experience growth in Saudi Arabia:
Lead sales of Commerce, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Data Cloud solutions to large enterprises and government entities.
Nice-to-Have CX Domain Expertise:
- B2B/B2C commerce (headless, composable, order management, etc.)
- Customer Data Platforms and real-time personalization
- Marketing automation
- Sales & Service Cloud, field service, AI-driven support

What you bring:
- Proven track record in business application software sales with overachievement of quota
- 5+ years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions
- Deep understanding of solutions and innovations
- Broad knowledge of SAP solution portfolio and enabling business processes
- Established relationships with account teams, CBO teams, and geo leaders
- Experience with large transactions and challenging sales pursuits
- Strong contractual and negotiation skills
- Experience with renewals, expansions, and upselling subscription or perpetual license solutions
- Knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environments
