A core part of your responsibilities will involve supporting and addressing associate queries, with engagement with associates as your primary focus within our location Fulfillment Center. As an integral part of the HR team, you will deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers, ensuring associates are supported through effective query handling, problem solving, and administrative support, backed by a strong understanding of processes.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Provide associate support on HR-related topics, including documentation, follow-up requests, issue escalation, and meeting notes, ensuring an engaging workplace environment.
  2. Manage employee administration, including time and attendance, accurately and promptly (e.g., vacation planning support).
  3. Collect and input data, and provide metrics through reports to HR and Operations leaders.
  4. Support hiring initiatives, including events, onboarding, and new hire orientation.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Ability to work on shifts aligned with Operations at the Fulfillment Center.
  • Analytical skills to identify problems, analyze root causes, work with data, run metrics, and generate reports.
  • Interest in the HR field.
  • Experience in employment law and HR/payroll.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive HR information.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
