Lodging Logistics/Water Delivery Supervisor
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Determine quantities required and ensure timely stock replenishment and rotation based on experienced judgment, historical data, occupancy, and utilization. Maintain minimum stock levels of all expendable supplies and equipment, with no more than two (2) unfulfilled lodging item requests per month due to depleted stock.
- Store, inventory, order, assemble, breakdown, remove, deliver, and install furniture, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, beds, and other lodging-related items in rooms, with no more than two (2) discrepancies per month.
- Maintain an orderly inventory of lodging items in storage facilities, with a system to account for all items and no more than two (2) discrepancies per month.
- Provide Water Delivery Services between 0700-1800 Monday through Saturday as needed.
- Manage water delivery, respond to individual requests, oversee inventory levels, and prepare re-stocking documents for the Government. Manage water within the Class I storage area.
- Deliver approximately 15-20 pallets of water daily to designated drop points, with an estimated total of 96 pallets per week.
- Meet delivery trucks at the front gate, escort water delivery vehicles to storage areas, and ensure trucks are escorted off the base after delivery. No escorting discrepancies allowed per month.
- Rotate water pallets using the first-in/first-out method after each delivery.
- Verify no damage during delivery and after pallet download; ensure shrink wrap integrity and sanitation.
- Remove one (1) bottle of water from each pallet, mark with pallet number, and store in a designated container for testing by 380 ECES Bio Environmental. Contact them for water testing and await confirmation of water safety, with a typical turnaround of 48-72 hours.
- Manage a water delivery schedule for 110 facilities, submit it for approval, and ensure no more than two (2) stock outages per month at any location.
- Respond to requests for water pickup or delivery within 24 hours, with no more than two (2) late deliveries or pickups per month.
- Maintain cleanliness at water delivery points, dispose of trash properly, and return empty pallets to the vendor daily.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating forklifts (6K and 10K) and boom lifts.
- Previous military experience with heavy equipment operation.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a valid U.S. Passport.
- Meet USCENTCOM Deployment Policy requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination as outlined in Paragraph 1.A. of USCENTCOM JAN 22 MOD SIXTEEN.
