OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Guest Experience Leadership:
  • Spearhead efforts to ensure a high level of service by focusing on Staff anticipating guest needs and resolving problems on first contact.
  • Lead the team in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain exceptional service standards at all times.
Guest Relations and Conflict Resolution:
  • Take ownership of guest concerns, complaints, and compliments, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution to uphold the JW Marriott Welcome Experience.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills by resolving issues on first contact and proactively addressing guest needs.
Training and Development:
  • Collaborate with the Executive Lounge Supervisor to conduct on-the-job training for new Executive Lounge Agents, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new procedures and services, ensuring the team adapts to evolving guest expectations.
Operational Efficiency and Coordination:
  • Manage daily activities by reviewing trends in arrivals and departures, coordinating group check-ins, and scheduling team members accordingly.
  • Ensure proper utilization of logs, including daily activities, handovers, courtesy calls, and VIP arrivals, to maintain operational transparency and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships by coordinating with Front Office, Guest Services, and Guest Relations Managers.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Lounge team and other departments to promote collaboration and seamless communication.
