Job Description

Role: Customer Services Support Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose: Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standards.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

  1. Open and close applications on time.
  2. Ensure proper implementation and follow-up with timeliness.
  3. Prepare finance applications and obtain necessary approvals.
  4. Perform efficient troubleshooting of issues.
  5. Ensure TAT is adhered to and, where possible, exceed customer expectations.
  6. Coordinate and liaise with other departments professionally.
  7. Participate in regular review and development meetings with key stakeholders.
  8. Prepare and provide monthly reports.
  9. Keep records and details of actions taken.
  10. Support customer service agents.
  11. Provide technical assistance to colleagues if required.
  12. Ensure compliance with bank policies.
  13. Perform other tasks as specified by management.
  14. Ensure customer queries are resolved within the agreed TAT.
  15. Achieve positive customer feedback.
  16. Deliver professionalism when dealing with other departments.

Previous experience required (if any):

  4. In-depth understanding of internal processes, procedures, and systems.
