Job Summary:

As a Delivery Specialist at GEELY UAE, you will be an integral part of our customer experience journey, ensuring seamless vehicle deliveries and exceptional service. Your role will involve delivering vehicles to customers promptly and professionally while providing comprehensive demonstrations of vehicle features. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of GEELY's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and prioritize vehicle deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.
• Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles meet GEELY's quality standards and are equipped with all required accessories.
• Deliver vehicles to customers with professionalism and courtesy, providing detailed demonstrations of vehicle features and functionalities.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns during the delivery process, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery process, delivering service with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Proactively identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during deliveries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer happiness.
• Conduct follow-up communication with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction, address any additional needs or questions, and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay updated on GEELY's latest automotive products, features, and technologies, and effectively communicate relevant information to customers during vehicle deliveries.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and delivery processes.
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales and product teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of GEELY's customer experience and delivery procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle deliveries, customer interactions, and relevant documentation, adhering to data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with administrative teams to streamline documentation processes and ensure efficient handling of paperwork related to vehicle deliveries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or delivery roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record and knowledge of UAE traffic regulations.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and business needs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions while conducting vehicle deliveries.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as vehicle accessories or demonstration materials, as required during the delivery process.
