Job Description
Recruitment Specialist Talent Acquisition
Take the lead in transforming global recruitment strategies with a world-class logistics and trade enabler in Dubai. DP World is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to optimize hiring workflows, plan manpower needs, and drive overseas recruitment programs in alignment with business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop manpower plans to support departmental needs and replacement requirements
* Manage staffing levels, build talent pools, and control recruitment costs
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
* Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and internal audit standards
* Coordinate and execute overseas hiring drives and vendor management for recruitment agencies
* Lead digital communication strategies for employer branding on social media
* Generate detailed HR MIS reports (e.g., manpower stats, attrition reports, nationality ratios)
* Maintain documentation accuracy across recruitment stages offers, contracts, assessment sheets
Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably in a multinational or logistics industry
Skills:
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Experience in using HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Excellent understanding of UAE labor laws and compliance practices
