We specialize in developing and commercializing advanced post-quantum cryptographic solutions, that safeguard enterprise digital environments. Our innovative solutions, including password-free authentication and identity management, are shaping the future of secure corporate ecosystems and tackling the challenges of the post-quantum era.

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth and generate new business opportunities for QuantumGate. This role is ideal for a tenacious and ambitious sales professional who thrives on prospecting, engaging potential clients, and qualifying leads to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise technology sales and the ability to initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine potential fit for QuantumGate's cybersecurity solutions.
  • Outbound Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to drive awareness and interest in QuantumGate's products.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Utilize all communication channels to build pipeline, including but not restricted to emails, LinkedIn, social media, and cold calling.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with key decision-makers.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on prospective clients, industries, and competitors to inform outreach strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, interactions, and pipeline development in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report key sales metrics, continuously optimizing outreach approaches based on data insights.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay informed on cybersecurity trends and industry developments to enhance credibility in client conversations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or SaaS.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in prospecting and qualifying leads, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to engage with prospects, ask insightful questions, and identify business needs.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Ability to handle objections, remain motivated, and maintain high energy in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with potential clients and internal teams.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience selling in the UAE, GCC, and MENA regions.
  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Extensive experience selling into government, semi-government, and private enterprise organizations.
