We are seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet project requirements and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse fitout projects in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. - Manage and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on site. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to optimize system designs and resolve any technical issues. - Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including reports, schedules, and progress updates. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards during all phases of work. - Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and on-site teams. - Monitor project costs and timelines to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Proven experience as an MEP Engineer in contracting and fitout projects. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards applicable to the UAE. - Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry. - Professional certification or licensure in engineering is preferred.
