Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Dubai. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing real estate sales activities, overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include market analysis, identifying new property opportunities, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and implementing effective sales techniques to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Possess RERA License
  • Experience in Real Estate and Sales in Dubai (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and trends
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive results and meet ambitious sales target
