• Real-Time Data Utilization : Using SAP Business One and Excel for real-time data insights to improve accuracy, track inventory, and optimize labor costs
• Quality and Quantity Assurance : Verifying the quality and quantity of all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring they align with company standards

• Team Management and Development : Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff to drive productivity and efficiency
• Performance and Efficiency Tracking : Utilizing KPIs and data analytics to monitor team performance and implement improvements
• Automation and Technology Proficiency : Expertise in SAP Business One, Excel, and warehouse system automation
• Financial Acumen : Skilled in budgeting, tracking expenses, and variance analysis
• Inventory and Stock Control : Advanced knowledge of inventory management practices and accuracy control
• Operational and Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with industry best practices and operational standards
• Organizational and Communication Skills : Strong organizational abilities with excellent communication to lead and collaborate effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
